The following instructions are for Internet Explorer, other browsers are similar:
If changing browser security settings above did not resolve the issue, you are likely running internet security software such as Zone Alarm or Norton Internet Security Suite, possibly bundled with your antivirus software. Test this by disabling any installed security software and try logging in to CentreLearn. If that resolves the issue, you'll need to add the address www.centrelearn.com to your allowed sites (white list). See your security software documentation for instructions.

We know how tempting it can be to open a second browser window to view content while you are taking an exam. CentreLearn does not support this, and you can only have one CentreLearn session open at a time. If you attempt to open another CentreLearn session in a new browser window, your first session will automatically be logged out. Also, it is not recommended that you use the Back button on your Internet browser as this may cause unusual behavior.
The two most common causes are internet security software on your computer, or custom/modified internet browsers. Please make sure you are allowing the site www.centrelearn.com in any security software, and are using a standard/non-modified versiion of IE, Firefox, Chrome or Safari. Modified versions of Internet Explorer, such as MSN Explorer or AOL Explorer, do not play nicely with many systems.
